Al Coutelis
Alexandre-Nicolas Coutelis (born February 8, 1949 in Paris ) is a French comic artist .
Career
Al Coutelis was enthusiastic about sport from a young age. He twice took part in the French boxing championships. He first touched the world of comics in Pilote in 1971 and then began working for the daily press. The U-turn to the comic came in 1976 in Pif Gadget . After an initial collaboration with Jean-Michel Charlier in Le Privé , he was able to take over the Tanguy and Laverdure series . Another episode remained unfinished due to the scenarioist's death.
