Alain Schultz (born February 17, 1983 ) is a Swiss football player who is under contract with FC Wohlen in the Challenge League .

Career

Alain Schultz began his football career at FC Aarau and FC Wohlen , where he made his first professional appearances. Between 2004 and 2009 he became one of the league's most dangerous midfielders in the Challenge League and scored many goals for FC Wohlen. In the 2007/08 season he scored 20 goals for Wohlen and attracted the interest of the Super League clubs. The Grasshopper Club Zurich bought it in February 2009 . He was a regular player in the Swiss championship and scored two goals in 16 games for the Grasshoppers in the 2008/09 season. In July 2010 he returned to FC Wohlen, for whom he scored eleven goals in 29 appearances. Only one season later, FC Aarau signed its former U21 player for the 2011/12 season. Thanks to the club's promotion, he played again in the Super League in the 2013/14 season.
