Eva-Maria Hatzl

Eva-Maria Hatzl (born April 27, 1953 in Vienna ) is an Austrian civil servant and politician ( SPÖ ). From November 2014 to November 2015, she was district head of Simmering .

Hatzl has been working in the Favoriten district council since 1971 and has been with the SPÖ Simmering since 1990. In 1996 she was elected as the staff representative of the "Service Committee 131 - MBA + BV" and since 1998 she has also been involved as section head of Section 14 in the SPÖ Simmering. Between 2001 and March 25, 2009, Hatzl was district councilor in Simmering, where she also held the position of chairman of the district committee.

On March 26, 2009, Hatzl succeeded the late Rosemarie Polkorab as a member of the state parliament and local councilor . In addition, on March 18, 2009, Hatzl took over the role of chairman of the SPÖ women Simmering. Hatzl has also been a board member of Volkshilfe Wien since 1995 and has been chairwoman of Volkshilfe Simmering since 1999.

After leaving the state parliament and municipal council, Hatzl was the district head of Vienna-Simmering from November 21, 2014 to November 30, 2015.

Eva-Maria Hatzl was married to the late former President of the Landtag, Johann Hatzl .
