Alan Kane

Alan Kane (born March 19, 1948 ) is a retired Canadian pole vaulter .

In 1970 he won silver at the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh . At the Pan American Games, he was sixth in Cali in 1971 and fifth in Mexico City in 1975 .

In 1973 he became Canadian champion. His personal best of 5.12 m he set on May 28, 1972 in Westwood .
