Albert Bittinger

Albert Bittinger (born September 15, 1868 in Folticeni ; † April 7, 1925 ) was a German judge .

Life

Bittinger received his doctorate. He was sworn in to the Bavarian sovereign in 1890. In 1895 he first became a lawyer. In 1896 he became III. Public prosecutor and magistrate in 1898. In 1900 he was promoted to second public prosecutor. In 1903 he was appointed district judge. In 1914 he was promoted in title and rank to higher regional judge. In 1917 he became head of the legal department of the "Trustee [s] for enemy property". In 1918 he was a public prosecutor and from 1923 a higher regional judge. On February 28, 1925, he came to the Reichsgericht. He was assigned as a judge to the IV Criminal Senate of the Reich Court . He died in office just under six weeks later.
