Albert Nieberl

Albert Nieberl (born December 29, 1886 ; † 1983 (?) In Kempten (Allgäu) ) was a German administrative lawyer and tax officer.

Career

Nieberl graduated from the University of Munich with a doctorate in law in 1911 and joined the financial administration in 1913. He worked at the state tax office in Stettin and at the state tax office in Mecklenburg-Lübeck in Schwerin. During the time of National Socialism , despite an excellent assessment, he was severely disadvantaged due to his political views. In 1945 he was taken over as government director in the Bavarian financial administration and appointed head of the Kempten tax office. He rebuilt the financial administration in the Kempten district.

His multi-volume commentary on the Reich Tax Code appeared in several editions.
