The Albert Trough is a 18 km long and 1.3 km wide deep sea channel off the Luitpold coast of the East Antarctic Coatsland . It is located southwest of the Albertbank .

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2012 based on the designation of the Albertbank. It is named after Albert I of Monaco (1848–1922), who in 1903 played a key role in the creation of the first maps of the General Bathymetric Chart of the Oceans (GEBCO).
