Aldana Machado

Aldana Machado (born November 30, 1998 ) is a Uruguayan athlete .

Career

Machado is active in the running competitions on the 3,000 meter obstacle course and in the cross-country run . At the 29th Cross Country South American Championships 2014 in Asunción , she finished 13th in the youth ranking. On April 27, 2014, she set a new Uruguayan U-20 record in Montevideo with a run time of 11: 22.31 minutes, which is also the Uruguayan record in the senior division. This is still valid (as of June 15, 2015) as a national record. On June 7, 2015, she ran the 2000 meter obstacle distance in 7: 19.04 minutes at the Dia del Olimpismo in the Uruguayan capital . In doing so, she undermined her own Uruguayan U-18 record (7: 20.27 minutes) on this route, which was only set on May 30, 2015.
