Alejandro Rafael Acosta , full name Alejandro Rafael Acosta Cabrera , (born October 2, 1990 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.70-meter-tall offensive player, partly also a defensive player, has been in the squad of the then second division Club Atlético Atenas at least since the 2013/14 season . The club from San Carlos completed 20 games in the Segunda División in that 2013/14 season . He scored three goals. At the end of the season, his club rose to the highest Uruguayan league. In the 2014/15 season he was used 27 times (five goals) in the Primera División . At the beginning of July 2015 he moved to Bohemians Prague 1905 in the Czech Republic . There he played 25 first division games (six goals) and was used once (no goal) in the national cup competition. In mid-2016 he joined the Mexican club CD Veracruz . So far (as of: July 22, 2017) he ran among the Mexicans in nine league games and five matches of the Copa MX and remained without a competitive goal.
