Aleksandr Truskavetsky

Aleksandr Truskavetsky (born February 23, 1985 in Simferopol ) is a Ukrainian chess player .

Life

From May 16 to 24, 2005 he took part in the championship of Ukraine, made it to the semi-finals and finished the tournament with 7 points out of 9 and second place. From August 24 to September 2, 2005 he took part in the individual elimination of the national championship of Ukraine in Rivne , winner was Oleksandr Areschtschenko .

Since July 2004 he has held the title of International Master . He achieved the norms for this in tournaments in Simferopol in January 2002, January 2003 and January 2004.

At the Ukrainian team championship Truskavetsky played for Blik Simferopol in 2001 and 2002 , in 2003 for the team of the Simferopol Engineering and Pedagogical University , in 2005 for Rodowit Krim and in 2006 and 2007 for the National Tauride Vernadsky University . Its Elo rating is 2393 (as of December 2014), its highest to date was 2420 in January 2006.
