Aleksandrs Muzičenko (born May 7, 1955 in Omsk , Russian SFSR ) is a former Soviet sailor from Latvia .
successes
Aleksandrs Muzičenko became European champion in 1979 in the Star boat class with Valentin Mankin . With Mankin he also took part in the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow in the Star Boat . With three wins in seven races and 24.7 total points, they won the regatta in front of the Austrian and Italian boats and thus became Olympic champions .
