Alessio Signego (born December 11, 1983 in Sarzana ) is an Italian racing cyclist .
Alessio Signego won a stage in the U23 round trip Giro della Toscana in 2004 and came second in the overall standings. The following year he won the one-day race Gran Premio Industrie del Marmo . After several unsuccessful seasons, he ended his cycling career in 2010.
