Alex Høgh Andersen

Alex Høgh Andersen (born May 20, 1994 in Copenhagen ) is a Danish actor .

Life

Andersen took part in the Danish TV talent show Scenen er din in 2006, when he was 11 years old at the time , and was only beaten in the semi-finals. He studied drama at the Eventyrteatrets and made his debut with the leading role in the play "Sword of the Stone". In 2012 he made his film debut with the role of Viktor in the Danish TV series Outsider .

His mother Charlotte is a breast cancer survivor. That is why Andersen has been volunteering for several years and donates z. B. blood several times a year. Since the beginning of 2018 he has been an ambassador for the Danish Red Cross Youth and has some of his photos auctioned for their good cause.

He made the documentary Koldt på toppen in 2017 . In this film, he plays himself in a fictional event. It is a so-called mockumentary . Next to him is his best friend, the Danish actor Marco Ilsø . The film is about how Andersen changed negatively as a young star through his success in the series Vikings .
