Alexa Demie
Alexa Demie (born December 11, 1994 in Los Angeles ) is an American actress of Mexican origin.
Life
Alexa Demie was born as the daughter of a make-up artist who emigrated from Michoacán to the United States in the 1980s . She grew up in Los Angeles with her mother, aunts, and grandmother . As a teenager, she was already intensively involved in acting, music and fashion design.
After appearing in the short film Miles in 2015 , she took professional acting classes. This was followed by guest roles in the television series Ray Donovan and Love and first appearances in the films The Adventures of Brigsby Bear and Mid90s . In 2019 Demie appeared in a recurring role as Maddy Perez on the television series Euphoria . In 2019 Demie got the role of Alexis in Trey Edward Shults ' drama Waves .
In addition to acting, Demie is also active as a singer and has directed several music videos.
