Alexander Borissowitsch Totoonow
Alexander Borissowitsch Totoonow ( Russian Александр Борисович Тотоонов ; born April 3, 1957 in Ordzhonikidze ) is a Russian politician.
In 1979 he finished his philology studies at the North Ossetian State University. In 1998 he received his doctorate from the State University Dr. oec. In 2005 he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of North Ossetia-Alania and the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Republic of the Russian Federation.
He has been a member of the Federation Council since 2012 .
