Alexander Groth

Alexander Groth (born January 6, 1970 ) is an author, lecturer and speaker on the subject of leadership.

Life

Alexander Groth studied philosophy and business administration at the University of Mannheim (Magister Artium). Groth has written six books on leadership that have also been published as audiobooks and translated into Chinese, Korean, Dutch, Czech, and Spanish. He teaches "Leadership" at the Technical University of Munich and the University of Stuttgart as well as "Change Management" and "Rhetoric" at the University of Mannheim. He has been a speaker on the topic of leadership since 2009 and has been the publisher of the knowledge platform LeadershipJournal.de since 2015.
