Alexander Spitzmüller (composer)

Alexander Spitzmüller (born February 22, 1894 in Vienna , † November 12, 1962 in Paris ) was an Austrian composer .

Alexander Spitzmüller studied law and then worked as a banker. In addition, he dealt intensively with music and was encouraged by Alban Berg to devote himself entirely to composition . He composed around 50 works of various genres, mainly instrumental music .
