Alexei Saizew (born June 13, 1986 ) is a former Kazakh track and road cyclist .

Athletic career

In 2004 Alexei Saizew started at the UCI Track World Championships for Juniors in Los Angeles and finished 20th in the single pursuit . The following year, he won the bronze medal in the scratch behind the South Korean Tae Bok You and the South Korean Tae Bok You at the Asian Championships in Ludhiana, India Japanese Kazuhiro Mori .

The next year he rode for the Kazakh cycling team Capec , which had a UCI license as a Continental team . Here he won the third stage of the Tour of Egypt in Sharm el-Sheikh . At the end of the season, Saizew ended his cycling career.
