Alfons Schwarz (politician)

Alfons Schwarz (born October 25, 1921 in Königsberg , East Prussia , † March 18, 1995 ) was a German CDU politician .

education and profession

After graduating from high school, Alfons Schwarz studied law and political science and passed the first state examination in law. He then worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Business, Labor and Traffic Law at the Albertus University in Königsberg and a trainee lawyer in Königsberg and Flensburg . The second state examination took place in Flensburg. From 1959, Schwarz worked as managing director of the Aachen Chamber of Commerce and Industry .

politics

Alfons Schwarz was a member of the CDU from 1950. He was a member of the district executive boards of the CDU in Flensburg and Aachen as well as a member of the economic association of the CDU Rhineland. From 1955 to 1959 he was a member of the council and the magistrate of the city of Flensburg.

From July 26, 1970, Alfons Schwarz was a directly elected member of the 7th state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia for constituency 001 Aachen-Stadt I. Schwarz left the state parliament prematurely on December 27, 1971. Then he was State Secretary in the Ministry of Economics and Transport of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate until 1981.

Alfons Schwarz died in 1995 and found his final resting place in Aachen's Westfriedhof .
