Alfonso Pérez (born January 16, 1949 in Cartagena ) is a former Colombian boxer .

In 1970 Pérez won the Central American and Caribbean Championships in the lightweight (-60 kg) and in 1971 the silver medal at the Pan American Games . In 1972 Pérez reached the semifinals of the 1972 Olympic Games after defeating Peter Odhiambo, Uganda (5-0), Karel Kaspar Czechoslovakia (5-0), and Eraslan Doruk, Turkey (3-2) . He lost this against László Orbán , Hungary , with 3-2 judges' votes, with which he won the Olympic bronze medal.

1973 Pérez turned professional. He played 40 fights of which he won 27 and lost 10. During his career he won the Colombian feather and lightweight championship and won a. a. against the eventual world champion Eusebio Pedroza by knockout in the third round.
