Alfred Kubin Prize

The Alfred Kubin Prize is the Upper Austrian State's Great Culture Prize for the fine arts . The namesake of the prize awarded by the state of Upper Austria is the graphic artist and book illustrator Alfred Kubin , who lived and worked in Wernstein am Inn from 1906 to 1959 .
