Alfred Bigler

Alfred Bigler (born October 10, 1898 in Munich ; † unknown) was a German SS leader.

Bigler joined the NSDAP ( membership number 1.075.131) and the SS (SS number 29.516). In 1932 he became Sturmführer and in the same year Sturmbannführer. In 1933 he was appointed SS-Standartenführer and on December 2, 1933 he was promoted to SS-Oberführer . As such, he worked as a staff leader of the SS Upper Section North until March 15, 1934.

From March 15 to September 19, 1934 he was in charge of SS Section XI (Wiesbaden) and from October 23, 1934 to March 23, 1935 he was staff leader of the SS Upper Section Elbe (Dresden). He was then responsible for SS Section VIII (Linz) with Munich as the place of activity. In this position he left the SS at his own request due to disputes with Amon Göth and his unscrupulousness retroactively to October 31, 1936.
