Alfred Dirnberger

Alfred Dirnberger (born February 19, 1951 in Zwettl ) is a former Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and private employee. From 1974 to 1993 he was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

Life

After primary school, Dirnberger attended a secondary school and then graduated from a commercial school. After completing his training, he worked as a bank clerk from 1951 and between 1975 and 1980 he was the regional representative of the Young People's Party . Furthermore Dirnberger was active as a local councilor in Zwettl between 1975 and 1977 and between 1989 and 1994 he was the state secretary of the ÖAAB Lower Austria. He also acted as Vice President of the Chamber for Workers and Salaried Employees of Lower Austria between 1991 and 2004 and represented the ÖVP in the Lower Austrian state parliament between November 4, 1983 and April 24, 2003.
