Alfred Le Petit
Alfred Le Petit (born June 8, 1841 in Aumale , Seine-Maritime , France, † November 15, 1909 in Levallois-Perret , France) was a French painter and caricaturist .
After studying painting, photography and the art of drawing, Le Petit worked as a caricaturist. First he worked with André Gill for the satirical magazine L'Éclipse . His caricatures for the magazine La Charge , which he founded , were directed primarily against Napoleon III. Over a long period of time, he designed the cover of Le Grelot magazine .
