Christ statue Cristo delle Vette on the Balmenhorn

Alfredo Bai (born November 27, 1913 in Turin , † 1980 in Giaveno ) was an Italian artist.

His most famous work is a larger than life bronze statue of Christ ( Cristo delle Vette ). It was erected on September 4, 1955 on the Balmenhorn in the Valais Alps .
