Alfredo Orlando Lucero Sosa (born February 8, 1979 in San Luis ) is an Argentine road cyclist.

Alfredo Lucero won the sixth stage of the Vuelta de San Juan in 2008 in San Juan, Argentina . In the next year he finished in the Tour de San Luis on the second section after Mirardor del Potrero after a successful breakaway attempt in third place behind the day's winner Lucas Sebastián Haedo . At the same time he took over the overall lead and was able to defend it successfully to the end together with the Argentine national team.

In 2011, his doping test at the Vuelta Ciclista de Chile was positive for stanozolol and he was banned for two years.
