Alireza Haghi ( Persian علیرضا حقی; * February 8, 1979 in Qods ) is an Iranian track and road cyclist. He is one of the most successful cyclists in Asia.

Athletic career

Since 1999 Alireza Haghi started regularly Asian cycling championships . During these years he stood on the podium almost every year and won at least 18 medals in various track cycling disciplines. In 2003 and 2012 he was Asian champion in the single pursuit and in 1999 in the two-man team driving , together with Moezeddin Seyed-Rezaei . In 2012 and 2014 he became national champion in the individual time trial on the road . He also won several Iranian championship titles on the track.

In 2012 Haghi started at the Olympic Games in London. He could not finish the road race, in the individual time trial he finished 36th.
