Allan Frank Olsen (born March 23, 1960 in Vangede , Denmark ) is a Danish film actor .

biography

After graduating from school, Olsen trained as a glazier and worked as such for a while. Early on, he began to appear as an actor occasionally during his professional training. He got his first film role at the age of 18. Olsen debuted in 1978 in the film Mig og Charly by Morten Arnfred in the lead role as Charlie; he also played the same role again in the sequel Charly & Steffen . In the well-known adaptation of the novel by Klaus Rifbjerg , he played the leading role of Janus Tolne in the 1985 film Den kroniske Uskyld . Olsen is currently involved in many other Danish film and television productions as an actor.

Award

  • 1980 Allan Olsen was given the Bodil - Film Award in the category Best Actor for the lead role as Johnny Larsen in the movie of the same name.
