Private detective Anthonsen ( Anthonsen ) is a Danish television series produced in five sections for Danmarks Radio and first broadcast in 1984 in its evening program. Directed by Erik Balling , the scripts were written by Erik Balling and Henning Bahs .

Content and comments

The protagonist, detective Holger Anthonsen from Valby , always suffers from a chronic cold that bothers him. He is often entrusted with somewhat delicate assignments that he tries to solve in Sherlock Holmes fashion. His secretary and housekeeper, Miss Nyborg, supports him in this. The series was a spin-off from Erik Balling and Henning Bahs to the film Rend mig i revolutionen (1970), in which Ove Sprogøe also played the role of the detective Anthonsen. The striking title melody and film music was composed and interpreted by Kim Larsen . The series features many popular actors from the Olsen Gang , and it also contains several cross-references to them.

For the television of the GDR all consequences were on German synchronized and in five sections 1986 in the evening program of the DDR-F2 sent. Since the fall of the Wall in East Germany (1990), the television series has not been broadcast publicly on German-language television. The series has now also been released on DVD in Denmark . At the same time, it has been possible for some time now to watch all episodes of DR's Kulturarvsprojekt (cultural heritage project of Danmarks Radio ) in the original online at DR Bonanza on dr.dk A German version of the series is not yet available or publicly available.
