Allan Pease

Allan Pease (* 1952 in Melbourne , Victoria ) is an Australian communication trainer, body language expert and co- author of guidebooks, some of which are bestsellers .

Life

Originally a musician, Pease became a life insurance agent and then embarked on a career as a speaker and consultant in sales and then body language and communication skills.

He was first known in 1981 for his best-selling book Body Language . Pease has also written a variety of books on communication and the differences between the sexes in human behavior, many shared with his wife, Barbara Pease . In 1999 he wrote Why Men Don't Listen and Women Park Badly with his wife Barbara. The book uses biology and evolutionary psychology to explain differences between men and women.
