The Allee-Center Leipzig is a shopping center in Leipzig that opened on September 5, 1996 and is operated by the Hamburg-based ECE Projektmanagement GmbH .

The Allee-Center has 24,000 m² of retail space and 650 m² of office space. 100 specialty stores from different industries such as food, sports or health offer their goods, with the largest part of the areas being occupied by the textile and hardware sectors as well as by a department store. There is also a cinema and casino in the shopping center.

Around 900 employees work in the Allee-Center, which is frequented by an average of 19,437 visitors every day. The operator assumes a total catchment area of 592,985 people. Since 2010 there have been several problems around the Allee-Center with youth gangs who terrorized shop owners and customers. This is due to the problematic district of Grünau , in which the shopping center is located. In February 2014, plans to upgrade Grünau were made public: As part of the integrated district development concept for Grünau , a new education and community center including a large district library is planned in the Allee-Center.
Accessibility and infrastructure
The Allee-Center has 1000 parking spaces for cars and 175 for bicycles. The shopping center can be reached by public transport with S-Bahn line 1 , tram lines 1, 2, 8 and 15 as well as with the LVB buses , lines 61, 65, 66, 161 and 165.
