The All Saints Cathedral of Khartoum is a church building of the Anglican Church in the Sudanese capital Khartoum .

The cathedral is located in the east of southern Khartoum, near the airport of Khartoum .

history

The foundation stone for the cathedral was laid on May 27, 1979 after the Old All Saints Cathedral of Khartoum near the Presidential Palace of Khartoum was confiscated by the Sudanese government on July 1, 1971 and the current location was assigned as the new location for the cathedral. The inauguration took place on September 18, 1983.
