'Allers Späte' is an old local variety from the Altes Land , where it used to be very widespread. Meanwhile, the cultivation area is getting smaller and smaller. Its importance lies primarily in breeding, as many new varieties have already been bred from it. Among other things, the varieties ' Bianca ', ' Alma ' and ' Anabella '.

The fruit stalk is medium in length. The stone fruit is medium-sized and oval. The skin is black when fully ripe. The sweet pulp is medium firm. The fruit is relatively burst-resistant and ripens in the 7th cherry week .
