General basic assets
The General Grundvermögen includes the ownership of a state or local authority standing plots that are not for the purpose of state administration or in the context of public use are needed ( Fiscal Management ).

The general property forms part of the state property of the respective state . In the Roman Republic it was called Ager publicus .

- National assets of the respective countries
- Federal assets of the Republic of Austria
- National assets of the respective countries
- Federal assets of the Swiss Confederation
Germany
The general real estate was administered in the Federal Republic of Germany from 1950 to 2004 by the Federal Property Administration. Since January 1, 2005, this task has been transferred to the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks . The legal basis is the law on the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks ( BImAG ) of December 9, 2004. According to Section 2 (1) BImAG, general real estate is all land , land rights and limited real rights of the Federal Republic of Germany that are not for federal administrative purposes or within the framework of common use in the area of responsibility of the federal government .
