Alliance of European Hockey Clubs

The Alliance of European Hockey Clubs (EHC) represents the interests of European ice hockey clubs . It was founded on June 13, 2016 in Berlin.

The aims of the AEHC are to represent the interests of the clubs in the international association IIHF , to strengthen the position of the European clubs in relation to the North American NHL and to ensure the financial stability of European club hockey. The AEHC has 87 clubs from 14 European countries. These include all 14 clubs in the German ice hockey league DEL , all twelve clubs in the Swiss National League as well as two from the second-class Swiss League and five clubs from Austria.

The President of the EHC is Marc Lüthi , CEO of SC Bern . Vice-presidents are Håkan Loob , General Manager of Färjestad BK and Jürgen Arnold, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ERC Ingolstadt .
