The Alligator Lake is in southern Yukon picturesque mountain lake. It is 6.3 km long, about 6 km² and is 38 km south-southwest of Whitehorse and 16 km south-southeast of Ibex Mountain . The Alligator Lake Volcanic Complex, named after him, is in his neighborhood . The natural outflow at the northern end of the lake is Two Horse Creek .
Alligator Lake is under protection. Therefore, there are special rules for fishing.
