Alois "Pütti" Fortkord (born September 20, 1956 in Verl ) is a former German soccer player .

The strong center forward started his second division career in 1975 at DJK Gütersloh . There he made his breakthrough as a regular player at the age of 19 under coach Karl-Heinz Feldkamp . In 1977 he moved after relegation to the former Bundesliga club 1. FC Paderborn, one of the predecessor clubs of today's Bundesliga club SC Paderborn 07 . The sporting highlight was winning the Westphalia Championship in 1978. In the subsequent promotion games to the 2nd Bundesliga, however, 1. FC Paderborn failed to Holstein Kiel . Until the early 1980s he was one of the top performers at 1. FC Paderborn alongside players like Michael Henke , Thomas von Heesen , Andreas Fischer and Werner Brosda . In 1982 he moved to the club division SC Verl , which he then left after two years for 1. FC Paderborn. In 1985 he returned to his home club FC Kaunitz and played another year in the district league before he had to end his active career in 1986 due to numerous injuries.
