Alois Th. Nacke (born May 15, 1960 in Nienborg , today Heek , North Rhine-Westphalia ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Fiscal Court .

Life

After completing a social science degree from 1978 to 1985 and the subsequent study of law at the Westfälische-Wilhelms-Universität Münster , he completed his first jur. State examination. In November 1993 the 2nd jur. State examination. In 1995 he was awarded a doctorate in legal history at the Westphalian Wilhelms University of Münster. jur. PhD. From 1995 to 1999 he was head of the legal remedies office and the tax audit department at the Wilhelmshaven tax office . In September 1999 he was appointed judge at the Lower Saxony Finance Court. During his time as a judge at the Finance Court, he was in the XI. Senate u. a. responsible for liability law and in the V Senate for sales tax. On March 5, 2015, he was elected judge at the Federal Fiscal Court by the judges' selection committee. The appointment took place on January 11, 2016. At the Federal Fiscal Court, it belongs to the XI responsible for sales tax and corporation tax. Senate. Since 2013 he has been a lecturer at the Georg-August University in Göttingen . There he was appointed honorary professor on April 16, 2019.

In addition to his judicial work, he also dealt scientifically with tax law . He is u. a. Co-author of several standard commentaries on income tax law and author of numerous tax law publications in specialist journals.
