Alois Neurath

Alois Neurath (born August 29, 1886 in Vienna , † April 25, 1955 in Stockholm ) was a Sudeten German Comintern official .

Neurath was a founding member of the German section of the Czechoslovak Communist Party and from 1921 its chairman. He also became a member of the Executive Committee of the Comintern (EKKI), where he supported Zinoviev .

In June 1929 Neurath was expelled from the party. He turned to various oppositional currents, including Trotskyism . He later went to Sweden, where he joined the Sveriges socialdemokratiska arbetareparti .
