Alois Reicht (born April 25, 1928 in Trautmannsdorf ) is a former Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and postal worker. From 1979 to 1988, Reicht was a member of the National Council .

Reicht graduated from compulsory school and joined the Deutsche Reichspost in 1943 . From 1946 to 1947 he worked for the Bad Radkersburg telegraph construction service and then worked for the telegraph office in Graz until 1956 . In 1956 he switched to the postal service, passed the official high school diploma and was appointed to the professional title of government councilor. In addition to his job, Reicht was involved in the union and in 1965 became a member of the executive committee of the union of post and telecommunications employees . In 1967 he became chairman of the personnel committee of the post and telegraph employees in Styria and represented the SPÖ between 1970 and 1974 as a member of the Styrian state parliament. Thereafter Reicht was a member of the National Council between October 8, 1979 and November 25, 1988.
