Alois Schwabl
Alois Schwabl (born March 4, 1912 in Pfaffstätten , Lower Austria ; † December 7, 1977 in Baden , Lower Austria) was an Austrian shot putter .
From 1950 to 1956 he was Austrian national champion in the shot put seven times in a row with a personal best of 15.17 m.
In 1954 he took part in the European Athletics Championships in Bern and reached 19th place in qualification with 14.14 m.
He celebrated his greatest successes at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki when he finished 13th in the final with 14.45 m.
