Aloyzas Vitkauskas
Aloyzas Vitkauskas (born June 29, 1954 in Kaišiadorys ) is a Lithuanian politician ( Vice Minister ).
Life
In 1977 he completed his degree in civil engineering and received his doctorate in 1982 from the Vilniaus inžinerinis statybos institutas . From 1977 to 1994 he taught at the Vilniaus technikos universitetas . From 1994 to 1996 he was general director of "LITDANIA" and from 2003 to 2006 of Centrinė projektų valdymo agentūra. Since 2009 he has been Deputy Minister of Finance of Lithuania and since 2012 Deputy of Rimantas Šadžius in the Butkevičius cabinet .
