Alt-Württemberg-Allee 40

The Alt-Württemberg-Allee 40 building in Ludwigsburg , a town in northern Baden-Württemberg , was built in 1892/93 as a team building for the former Luitpold barracks. Next to it, at Fasanenstrasse 47 , is the residential building for married military personnel from the barracks .

The current administration building is a protected cultural monument .

The three-storey historicizing brick building with a two-tone facade structure using house stone elements was extended in 1936. The three-axle middle buttress is of a richly structured scrollwork pediment completed.
