Altai Barnaul ( Russian Алтай Барнаул ) is a Russian ice hockey club from Barnaul .
history
The club was founded in 2006 and filled the void left in the city by the financially conditioned dissolution of the traditional Motor Barnaul club following the Vysschaya League - 2005/06 season . Since its inception, Altai Barnaul has played in the third Russian division , in which the club competed in the Siberia and Far East division.
