The Old Synagogue in Chortkiv , a Ukrainian city ​​in Ternopil Oblast , was built between 1754 and 1771. The Synagogue on Pietruszewicza Street is a protected cultural monument .

During the Second World War , the synagogue was devastated by the German occupiers.
