description

The small cemetery was probably created in the 12th century. The Tillicoultry House later bordered directly to the west , of which only the listed stables remain today. In addition to an ornamented monument, various ornate tombstones from past centuries can be found on the slightly sloping terrain. The oldest is from the year 1522. They show images of angels and tools such as plowing, hammer or spade. The cemetery used to belong to a preformation church, of which there are no remains today. A quarry stone wall encloses the area.
