Old Market 10 (Stralsund)
The house with the postal address Alter Markt 10 is a listed building in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund on the Alter Markt .
The brick- built, eaves-standing building was built in 1931 when the previous building erected in 1875, the so-called “Minervahaus”, was redesigned.
The facade of the three-story house has three wide pointed arch windows on the ground floor . A flat ornamental frieze is executed over the first floor .
The intermediate building to the Stralsund town hall , which is now part of the house, is the city scales .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered with the number 11 in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund .
