Old Town Hall (Frechen)
The old town hall is a secular building in Frechen , a town in the Rhein-Erft district ( North Rhine-Westphalia ). It is a listed building as a monument .
History and architecture
The old town hall is a two-storey, neo-baroque plastered building with ashlar structure . It was built from 1907 to 1909 based on a design by the Cologne architect Carl Moritz . The wing in which the community hall is located is characterized by a high gable with a turret . The building is accessible via a two-flight, covered staircase. A new administration building was added to the rear of the old building in 1980.
