The Altstädter Kirchhof 4 building is a listed residential building in Bernburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

It is located in the Bernburg valley town on the east side of the Altstädter Kirchhof street . To the north is the also listed building Altstädter Kirchhof 5 , to the south the house Altstädter Kirchhof 3 borders.

Architecture and history

The small two-story house was built in the second half of the 18th century. The facade of the building on the eaves has four axes. The building is covered with a gable roof . It is one of the few buildings from the construction period that has been preserved in the area after the large-scale demolition of historical buildings in the 1970s. As part of a renovation at the beginning of the 21st century, dormers were created on the roof.

The residential building is registered as a historical building under registration number 094 60534 in the monument register for the city of Bernburg .
