The Altstädter Kirchhof 3 building is a listed residential building in Bernburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

It is located in the Bernburg valley town on the east side of the Altstädter Kirchhof street . To the north is the also listed building Altstädter Kirchhof 4 , to the south the primary school "Adolph Diesterweg" .

Architecture and history

The two-storey building made of quarry stone was built in the first half of the 18th century. The appearance of the plastered eaves-free building is particularly marked by the steep gable roof . The entrance portal is arranged in the middle. There is a two-storey wing on the courtyard side.

In the monument register for the city of Bernburg , the house is registered as an architectural monument under registration number 094 60533 .
